Tic Tac Toe 3 is a modern leisure game for one or two players, called 'X' and 'O', who take turns marking the spaces in a 3 X 3 lattices. The player, who was the first to place three respective marks in a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal, wins the game. Enjoy!
